I can’t seem to find replacement ink cartridges for the model I received.

Question

I received my printer about a year ago, it’s a Canon TS6320) and I have searched on the site to try and figure out the right replacement cartridges and even ordered some that I thought were a match and they were not. Now I have a printer I can’t use and cartridges I don’t need.  Is anyone else having this issue? Why would this company send a printer they don’t have cartridges for!?

Your cartridges are the CLI-280/281 CMYK K and they are found on our website. Please search for 500-154-01 for the multipack and 500-153-01 for the CLI-281 individual colors CMYK your printer does not need the Photo Blue, and 500-153-01 for the CLI-280 BK.
