Is there any way to ensure that the quality of printing is good enough for a QR code to work?

I need several copies of a QR code printed on 1.25 inch circles for cookies.

This Depends on both the quality of the Image and the printer settings used to print.

If you are printing by  yourself , You need to always print on photo setting and on photo paper matte and the resolution of your images have to be good. at least 300 and up.
