Black not printing from either black cartridge even after cleaning with the cleaning cartridges.

Have a canon pixma IP6820. Black doesn't print from either cartridge even after cleaning with cleaning cartridges. Any solution?

If the printhead will not print even after running cleaning cartridges then you can run a Flush cleaning with a Flush cleaning set

It is recommended that you remove the printhead and flush through the jets a couple of times to rid the clog, then let the head drip dry for 24 hours and then the following day insert with edible cartridges to see if the head has been cleaned.
