Download the driver for the Epson Stylus Photo R230 from:
http://www.driversepson.com/epson-r230-driver/
(you may need to navigate around the ads to ensure you get the actual driver download)
To set the proper settings, locate your printer from your “Devices and Printers” menu:
Right click, and then select “Printer Properties”
Now select “Preferences”
And then select “Best Photo” under the Quality Option, and “Epson Ultra Glossy” or “Epson Matte” for the Paper Options. Epson Ultra Glossy will work best for shiny food surfaces, and Epson Matte will work best for less shiny / more matte or flat food surfaces.
Save and apply these settings.
Each time you print, go into PRINTER PROPERTIES and ensure that the settings are per above before you press “PRINT”.
