Some customers try to achieve the effect of having a traced image on their cake, fondant, etc.  We have heard that some people use actual carbon paper since very little carbon actually gets on the food BUT WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS.

There is no edible carbon paper type product, but what we suggest is using parchment paper and our YummyArt edible markers:

- using an InkEdibles edible marker, the customer can draw/trace their image in reverse on a piece of parchment paper (or draw it normally, then turn the piece of parchment paper over and trace it from behind - it is slightly transparent) then quickly before the ink is fully dry, apply it -inkside down- to the edible surface.  This will transfer the outline of the image just as carbon paper would do.
