My cake pro quatro will not print.

Question

I followed all of the directions for testing the cartridges. Each cartridge independently had a solid light. I put both cartridges back in and powered off and on and got a solid light. WHen I try to print on a cookie with the solid light, the cartridges will move to the front, beep a couple of times, and then it moves to the back, lowers the tray, the light blinks, and the error out of paper is displayed. Please help.

make sure that your Paper size is correctly set to 8*8" (or 20cm x 20cm) on the TEMPLATE you are using to print

Also, check if the settings you are using are correct per the manual

You can also try reinstall the drivers and see if that helps.
