What size sheet cake works with the printed cake toppers?

Specifically, does the 8.5” x 14” fit a full or half sheet cake?

For cake toppers we can do sizes which are 8.5x11 inch rectangle, 8.5x14 inch rectangle and 11x17 inch rectangle
