I have cleaned the print heads and refilled the ink, but the yellow will not reset. What can I do to make this work?

just ordered and received flushing system and cleaning cartridges. I have completely cleaned the system. However, when I placed the cartridges back in, the yellow (which is completely filled) is flashing and the status monitor is showing low ink.
