My CakePro 770A keeps moving the tray forward and says out of paper.

I can print the Nozzle check pattern fine but every time I try to print something even just a test print from windows 10 settings page It gives an out of paper error. The tray is all the way back when I start the print but immediately moves all the way forward. Is there a paper setting wrong?

If the nozzle test print is printing normally then the issue is settings related.
Make sure that the paper setting is set to A4 size and that borderless printing is NOT checked. Also make sure that the full driver is inserted into the printer and not just the generic drivers which Windows installs. Please see your usermanual for Driver installation links.
