Can bartender sheets be used on cookies?

I want to have a logo printed to use on yellow/gold cookies, but I don't want the white background. Will the bartender sheets work instead?

The bartender sheets are translucent but still show a light white background. Only Direct to Cookie printing will result in a fully transparent background.
