How do i move the Cartridge carrier to the stand position to manually flush the print heads on CakePro 800 v3?

no Change ink Cartridge option exists on the maintenance screen as stated in directions provided and nothing happens when I press the ink droplet button on the printer itself.

On the Cakepro800v3 power the printer off in the front.
Then power on and wait 5 seconds and power off in the back. This allows the carriage to move freely to the middle and allow for a manual flush.
