I recently watched a demonstration of an edible printer at a trade show.  I'm very intrigued by the concept.  I'm playing with the idea of setting up a company to try to sell specialized logo cookies for company Christmas parties,  weddings, etc.  Id need to either buy an industrial printer or contract with someone that already has one.  Im finding no evidence that anyone has tried this at scale.  If your ink works on home inkjet printers, it should work on larger ones.  Has anyone tried this before?
