I am printing almost daily but now I notice my colors are not as deep, and the machine will not print black. It prints brown

If you Notice missing or wrong colors coming out on the final prints, then it’s probably due to the fact that either inks dried up or the respective cartridge is low or Empty.

-          It is always recommended to do a test print on a regular paper before final printing on cookies so you know that all the colors are coming out fine otherwise you will know if any issues found.

-          Must assure that the cartridge is clean and not empty which you will have to check physically.

In case the cartridge is found empty, please purchase another one as the cartridges for Quatro are not refillable.

 If the cartridge shows ink inside, please follow the following instructions as should help resolving the matter for you –

How to Fix Dried Out Ink Cartridges That Are Clogged –

1-      Take warm Damp paper towel.

2-      Take the respective cartridge and place it on the Damp paper towel.

3-      With Cartridge face down (ink outlet should face down), give a couple of taps on the upper part of the cartridge.  You should see ink below as you remove the cartridge.

4-      Then take a dry paper towel, fold in half and half again. With the same cartridge face down gently slide the it down the paper towel and you should be able to see ink coming out.   

5-      For Black- you should see a solid Black Line as you wipe it down and For Colors- you should see all the 3 colors coming out as you wipe on the dry paper towel.

6-      You can repeat the process above once again if reqd.

However if you have already tried this and are still unable to revive the cartridges which are full of ink then please send an email to *Emails are not allowed* referencing your order number so that a support ticket can be created and a technical support representative can reach out to you.
Yes I’ve already tried that but no ink comes out and they are brand new
