Allergen & Gluten Statement


Below is our Allergen Statements for various products that we offer
as derived from the ingredient list and information from suppliers.

EDIBLE INKS | FROSTING SHEETS | WAFER SHEETS

Contain no commonly known allergens and do not come into contact with such allergens in manufacturing. They are also Gluten Free and GMO Free.

CHOCOLATE TRANSFER SHEETS
Primarily made with cocoa butter and/or corn starch. Both are inherently gluten-free foods. Cocoa butter, which is derived from a bean not a nut, is not a common allergen, but can be for some people. Corn starch can be considered an allergen in some forms.
 
SUGAR COOKIES
Contain eggs, wheat, milk. Produced in a bakery that may contains nuts, but the sugar cookies are nut free and are baked on separate equipment.

Chocolate Transfer Sheets: the sheets themselves are not edible, they are coated with cocoa butter and corn starch which absorb the edible ink that is printed to them.
