Drivers for the Quatro can be installed via selection of the Operating system per user below:
https://support.hp.com/gb-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-deskjet-1110-printer-series/7174529
Make sure to select the Windows Operating system that you are using
Alternatively for Windows 10 64bit you can download the drivers via:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/COL60943/al-146795-2/Full_Webpack-40.15.1230-DJ1110_Full_Webpack.exe
